We are expanding our team of dedicated individuals on a mission to make an impact and drive growth for our clients. WX Digital Agency is a Platinum HubSpot Partner providing website development & integrations, branding & design, and growth services. We work with clients across the US and Europe.
WX is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer (at least two years of experience) to join our fully remote team of developers and marketers. You will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly and visually appealing user interfaces to meet client needs.
What you'll do at WX:
- Collaborate in graphic, UX/UI, and website design projects.
- Collaborate with clients and directors to understand the design requirements and objectives.
- Ensuring consistency in brand guidelines across all designs delivered to clients.
- Incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to designs.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- QA all work before sharing with the client to ensure top quality.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience: 2+ years as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role with a strong background in UX/UI design and implementation.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving UX/UI issues with experience in designing user interfaces.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Resourceful and able to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Growth-Oriented: Ambitious, driven, and aligned with our company values.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented.
